On to the numbers.
- Bike ride of 1.8 miles total.
- 3 x 7 bench of 135 lbs
- 1 x 7, 1 x 6 pull-ups, 8 lat pulldowns on 100
- 3 x 10 push-ups on exercise ball
- 3 x 8 seated row on 100
- Triceps with V bar and shoulder lateral raises.
- Chest Crossovers on pulleys and one-arm triceps pull downs.
Tomorrow is basketball in a.m. Game tomorrow night, no riding. Legs workout on Thursday (gonna hurt). Back to upper body on Friday. Looking like a nasty weekend. Going to have to wait until I can get in another good bike ride it looks like.
