Upper body work tomorrow morning. Bright and early- 5:30 a.m.
Schedule is going to look like this for the week-
- Monday- Upper body in the morning
- Tuesday- Cardio in the morning
- Wednesday- Basketball in the morning. Bike ride at night.
- Thursday- Legs in the morning. Ow.
- Friday- Upper body in the morning. Hopefully ride at night.
- Saturday- If the helment is in, be a longer ride.
- Sunday- Once again, depending on helmet and weather maybe a long ride.
