Made it in on Tuesday to get in my upper body workout. Went well, only a little sore today.

2 x 7 135 (1 set of 6)
2 x 6 pull ups
1 x 8 lat pull downs at 100
3 x 8 push ups w/ feet on exercise ball
3 x 8 seated rows at 100
3 x 8 of lateral raises
3 x 8 of press downs w/ v bar
Legs tomorrow morning. Hopefully they feel better after this one. One game tomorrow night, hopefully go for a ride following the game.
